Overview
The S-PAM Foundations Workshop is an interactive online learning experience designed for coaches, performance analysts, technical leaders, coach developers, learning facilitators, sport administrators, and practitioners from all sports.
This workshop introduces participants to the Sports Performance Analysis Model (S-PAM), a practical framework that organizes performance analysis activities into logically defined, measurable projects. The model can be applied across multiple sports and provides coaches with a structured process for planning, analyzing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating performance improvement initiatives.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of how performance analysis can move beyond statistics and observations to become a systematic decision-making process that supports the development of athletes, teams, coaches, and organizations.
